"We had a room facing the water and it was wonderful! Newly renovated, tasteful and comfortable. Great location to restaurants and the wayer trail!"

"The bathroom floor was covered in long black hair and very dirty. The handle to the room door fell off and we had to wait a long time for someone to fix it in the meantime time the door had to be left open which made the room cold and feeling un safe with homeless people hanging out by the soda machine outside the door. Was woken up at 5:30 with screaming and fighting just outside the room."

"The room was clean, very outdated. One little cadet heater, piece of plywood with a fan in the bathroom going out a window. Parking right in front of the room. For one night stay in the price it was OK."

"It was middle weekday. No one was really at the property so there was a lot of availability. They gave me some second floor back room. The first Floor rooms appeared available. It was a minor convenience thing. Room was clean. Water was hot. It’ll do if you just need a place to crash for the night."

"The room was exceptional! We stayed in the Deluxe Studio Suite (#4 Pacific Heights), and the view was unbelievable. We've paid more for a Fairfield Inn with a view of a parking lot! We will absolutely come back here in different seasons to see the changes in the view. Sitting there with the fireplace going and the sound of the river, watching the sun go down, and the colors change on the mountain was perfection. The entire property was beautiful, super clean, had everything we could want in the little market, and was quiet and serene. It was also centrally located to everything we wanted to do at Crescent Lake and the Hoh Rainforest. It was a little farther than we would have chosen if we knew the area, but we will do it again just for the comfort and peace of staying here. If that room is available, do NOT pass it up. You won't be sorry."
