"Just a very nice place to stay and close enough to all the major attractions that you want to visit in San Francisco. Walking distance to the Wharf with great food and entertainment nearby. The room was recently renovated, very clean and the staff were friendly. I would strongly recommend the Hotel Caza! "

"Front desk was super helpful. The smile as they handed me the mini toothpaste after my flight when I asked. The breakfast reminder which I ate 2 out of 3 days. The properly is super close to the wharf. Rooms clean. Staff very nice. "

"Not enough toilet paper. Shampoo dispenser broken. One of the elevators out of service. Must carry access card everywhere around the hotel because you can’t go to the parking lot and come back into the building without it. You can’t use the lobby restrooms without the key either. "

"Good linens, coffee, bed - but neither TV worked the entire stay - even to get local, and forget about streaming. This is unacceptable IMO. "

"I couldn’t have new years dinner at the rooftop restaurant because they said that it was separately, even if I offer to pay watherver fee they said it was sold out. I was staying at the best suite this hotel offers. This wasn’t advertised in my reservation. So that was a disappointment. I had to find a place to have New years dinner at the last moment. "

"Standard room did not have any view but was otherwise fine. Very classic historic looking building. Tonga Room bar is a fun "cruise ship" vibe. Decent gym and sauna you can use for free (though they make you sign up for some account first). Laurel court restaurant lunch was pretty good. Staff were excellent all around."
