"LOVED this hotel. The art deco pink historic vibe is awesome as is the pool, the beach, the unique coffee shop (yay no starbucks) and, restaurants are good albeit a bit pricey. The rooms are a tad small, but the bldg is old, so there is that consideration --- but overall, we LOVED our time spent here and if I was to go back to St. Pete I would stay here in a second. "

"We stayed at this hotel for one night before going on a cruise from the port of Tampa. It’s certainly not a 5 star property, but I gave the rating based on experience. We were a group of 10. We got in at night and had two people celebrating birthdays. Trish at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was great at check in, had lots of information ready, and helped our group use the breakfast area so we could all get together for a little birthday celebration. The property and rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and the shuttle service to the port made this an ideal hotel for those going on a cruise."

"Great place for family stays. Suites are roomy and well equiped. Pool is heated (we were there in Feb) and a private access to a beautiful beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Sunset views are spectacular."

"My stay was excellent. I booked a one-night getaway for my birthday and mentioned at check-in that I was there to relax and celebrate. The gentleman who checked me in gave me a complimentary drink coupon and waived my parking fee in honor of my special day, which was a thoughtful touch. When I got to my room, the keys didn’t work, so I went back to the front desk. The same staff member quickly fixed the issue and apologized profusely. He also thanked me for handling the situation calmly, which I appreciated. Overall, the service made my birthday stay very enjoyable. "
