The staff was extremely friendly. The only thing that was an issue for me was the swimming pool and jacuzzi appeared to need cleaning.

The staff was top-notch. Everyone was smiling, sincere and helpful, from the front desk to the room cleaners to the breakfast and dinner employees. I've stayed here twice now when I go to Pittsburgh, and I'll never stay anywhere else.

The hotel was very clean and you can tell that the employees feel a sense of pride in their jobs. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of choices and was well stocked. Would stay here again.

Room accommodations were fantastic. Everything's was clean, quiet, and enjoyable. Included breakfast was also good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was really close to a lot of dining and shopping options. Definitely recommend anytime.
