"Location is great..other than lots of construction and not convenient for when you’re traveling with luggage because you couldn’t be dropped off in front of hotel. Elevators definitely need to be updated. Most of the time only one worked and must’ve had a sensor because it will close you which can be very dangerous. "

"If you are a light sleeper do NOT i repeat do NOT stay here the night club around the corner will blast the music till 5am every night vibrating the bed ratting everything in the room it is a terrible shame because the staff nd room were amazing till about 9pm"

"The hotel cost is very expensive and not worth the price. Stay at a hotel along La Rambla instead of here. Homeless are everywhere. The photos are very deceiving. The hotel room did not have a coffee maker, microwave, or a refrigerator. I wanted to bring water from the breakfast area to the room and they didn't allow it. The walls are black and the hallway lighting is dim. The place seems like a depressing dungeon. For $900 for three nights I thought we were getting luxuries. This hotel is not luxury. It's clean and that's about it. When you take a shower water gets all over the floor because the shower glass is short. Very inconvenient to have to clean up ponding water after a shower. I recommend you stay somewhere else. "

"Construction in front of the hotel made getting a taxi and walking very difficult. Rooms are very small and minimalistic. Hotel was very clean."

"Wonderful location for a night in the Gothic Quarter near the harbour. The rooms are tight but the public spaces compensate for it. Coffee and hot drinks are thoughtful ammenities "

"Sadly the exception- the member of staff had a real attitude towards us when we checked in . Perhaps this was because we were wearing football shirts for Newcastle United."
