"Was wife was charged extra for no reason. When she asked for an itemized receipt they gave her excuses why they couldn't do it. Do not stay at this hotel. "

"We've been to this hotel multiple times. We love the property, the staff and the vibes. As we dine out often when visiting Cancun, we were never picky when it came to the food. We were however very pleased to find that this resort has now checked this box to make it perfect. We found ourselves on multiple occasions rushing back to make dinner at the hotel! On another note, I had ordered flowers and balloons for our anniversary. The flower delivery service I hired was very difficult to communicate with and the delivery took place after we had left for the day on an excursion. Upon returning to the hotel, we found that the staff had received the deliver and brought it to our room. They also filled the room and bed with flower petals. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!"

"Great service "

"We (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed for a week at Hyatt Ziva. It was incredible. The staff is very nice and attentive. It rained one of the afternoons, and the entertainment team came around to do special activities with the kids. The restaurants are very nice. The buffet actually spans 2 huge rooms. We are vegetarians and had lots of options (beyond "salad" and "bread"). Even when the asian restaurant didnt have many vegetarian options. So they offered to have us meet with the Culinary Concierge (Santiago) earlier in the day, and he and his team planned a full menu of vegetarian options for us. That is definitely above and beyond! I highly recommend the cabanas, we had one for two of the days. Nathan and Adis were our cabana staff and were fabulous. We also used the spa. Caesar was excellent at recommending the best services for all four of us. I recommend the water sports, we rented the jet skis. They had a photographer stay near us and take pictures while we in action. We ended up with EPIC shots. Well worth the extra fee. Best of all, THE DOLPHINS!!! You can swim with the dolphins IN the resort. The kids couldn't get enough. I highly recommend."

"Not bad for budget friendly options. But the bath tub and washroom were weirdly placed. My guess is the whole place was a mall before."
