"We stayed one week with our 16 year old son. On check it we were asked to pay an invoice of nearly 3,000 euros even though we had paid months earlier. This also happened to us in July at Barceló Mexico. They phoned us later to confirm the bill had been paid but we did not need that stress! Room was clean but no tissues and mini bar not re stocked even with water, you have to pre book breakfast and dinner every day using the app which is a pain. Bed comfortable and good shower, clean towels...

"This hotel was amazing! So friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there daily and it was brilliant. In the evenings we went out for dinner, so many options available. The rooms are simply fantastic! Our view - wow! The pool was cold but it’s a sea wafer pool, so what else would you expect. They clean the pool weekly and that was great to watch. "
