"The place is amazing, perfect for a family trip with our toddler. The whole place is clean and the service all around is amazing from the entrance, to the pool area, to the spa. The Spa by the way is a must try, we tried the couples massage and we recommend 110%. The food is amazing, all the restaurants are great and the drinks are also great, by the way their coffee and their coffee stand is amazing. The only thing I didnt love are the covers on the beds, nothing wrong with them in general I usually jus tlike heavier blankets, hubby and kid didnt mind them at all and they slept great, me not so much, would deifnitely ask for newer comforter. "

"Perfect getaway we needed for our anniversary. Staff and other guests were pleasant, and the drinks were very accessible. Definitely an amazing resort to stay at, During our there was a problem regarding mass amounts of seaweed in the beach but I believe other resorts also have this problem. Restaurants were decent, definitely some were better than others but for an all inclusive resort it was good. Definitely would recommend!!!"

"Our entire family of 5 was so impressed by everythig about the Royal Haciendas experience. Our room was a 2 bedroom family suite and had everything we needed and much more. The room location was perfect and right across from one of the children's play pools and close to the main lobby and market. The food at every location we tried was delicious and service was impeccable. The staff take pride in what they do and go out of their way to welcome you "home". We can't wait to come back! "
