"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

"We greatly enjoyed ourl stay. Excellent staff The hotel benefits from not being a chain showed in so many individual designs. Breakfast was in a light airy room with a large choice of foods. The bar is a fun place to hang out. The pool was a touch cool but was beautifully clean. From welcome to departure, the staff are clearly the principal asset of the hotel."

We used their parking, checked in easy with plenty of reception staff who took luggage from the boot to our room. The memorabilia in the open area and halls made going around the hotel fun. Neat gym. "Perfect choice for me. Location was ideal. I could walk to everything easily. Hotel was stunning, clean and well managed. I was concerned about noise because of location but beautiful built older building with solid wood doors took care of that completely. "
