"Really great location near parks, transit and the royal palace. We used it as our hub for trips to other cities. Staff were really nice even though my Spanish is hardly worth attempting. They were also flexible about storage between our two stays. You could certainly use their breakfast buffet every morning, but we found a really nice cafe down the block that was great too."

"Our stay in Madrid was absolutely wonderful, and Hotel Preciados played a huge part in that experience. From the moment we arrived, the service and attention to detail were exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable. The room was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly maintained, making it easy to relax after long days of exploring the city. The location could not have been better, right in the heart of Madrid and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see. At check-in, the staff recommended the hotel’s restaurant, Café Varela, and we’re so glad they did. My husband and I dined there during the last two days of our stay, and it was the best food and service we experienced during our trip. Every dish was delicious, and the service was just as outstanding as the hotel itself. I truly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible the service was. I loved everything about our stay and would give this hotel more than five stars. I’ve already referred a family who will be traveling to Madrid in August because I know they will have an amazing experience as well. We will definitely return!"

"We greatly enjoyed ourl stay. Excellent staff The hotel benefits from not being a chain showed in so many individual designs. Breakfast was in a light airy room with a large choice of foods. The bar is a fun place to hang out. The pool was a touch cool but was beautifully clean. From welcome to departure, the staff are clearly the principal asset of the hotel."
