"Room was very huge. I think maybe 8 people can sleep in our room. The ocean view was amazing and the sunset was the best in my life. The elevators were very fast and the staffs are very kind."

"Large spacious resort complex - excellent facilities - clean & well decorated communal areas (lobby, restaurant, poolside, gardens). Even though it was a large resort with many people, it didn’t feel claustrophobic and it was very quiet throughout the day and night. All staff were so friendly, pleasant & helpful. On initial inspection of the room, it was spacious & very well presented - good quality fabrics/curtains/bedding. Once settled in the room it was obvious the room was tired & sloppy and the room needed a good proper clean - flaky paint, chipped paintwork, dirty carpet, rotten wood, water damaged & faded marble, heavy layers of dust/dirty along the walls & floor, broken patio metal framed doors, dirty plastic chairs on the balcony. Bed was a bit too hard for my liking - but good quality sheets & bedding. Excellent shower pressure & lots of hot water. All in all - it was a lovely comfortable place to stay and I would stay again - however just be aware of the smaller details that doesnt make the resort 5star"

"Good things - instructions received by what’s app for access / parking. Washing machine. Pool. WiFi worked. Proximity to mall. Unfortunately there is not much else to say. This apartment was filthy and falling apart. Disgusting sofa. Mouldy ceilings, bathrooms and doors. Shower heads revolting. Kitchen equipment is basic but not entirely sure how clean it was. The table with floor cushions is ridiculous considering the cushions are all broken and unravelling. Two fake plants utterly covered in dust. And the tv is not as listed. Huge bracket on the wall where it must have been previously. Now a replacement and you can’t change the volume and it sounds like speakers are broken - tinny and rattling. "Staff are smiling all the time. Amazing swimming pool on roof deck / bar. However, the pool should have a roped off section for lap swimming for adults and a kids area for fooling around. Too many kids who have zero etiquette loud parents made swimming in a sophisticated environment feel like bargain basement garage sale kinda place. Or adults only from 18:00 to close. "

"I stayed for 2 nights in different rooms. The only problems was splashing water from the hose connecting to the heater when turning water on. Second, the water tap on in the kitchen nearly loose from the sink. Tea cups too small and coffee packet and tea bag not enough for 4 persons room."
