"The gentleman at the front desk upgraded us to a suite. Wasn't expecting it, so a wonderful surprise. Room was great. Hotel in the heart of vibrant Koreatown. Breakfast isn't much, but enough to at least get you out the door."

"The beds were VERY comfortable and I loved how the shower had a rain shower head and built in bench. Our room smelt a little off but nothing I couldn't live with. It was a short stay but we will definitely we returning. I was also a huge fan of the sliding door separating the bedroom from the bathroom area. "

Our room was clean and comfortable, and we felt relaxed during our stay. On the first morning, breakfast took quite a while to arrive (about 40 minutes), but the service was much better the next day — it was clear the team took action to improve. The only real downside was the view from our window, which wasn’t quite what we expected for the price. Still, it didn’t take away from the overall positive impression. Thank you to the Arlo team for the hospitality. A solid choice for a short New York stay!"
