"Our first trip to Bali these people are wonderful people and staff were wonderful. We were disappointed that we couldnโ€™t get a hot shower. There wasnโ€™t enough continuous hot water. Maybe weโ€™re spoiled, but we paid quite a bit per night for this room even more than we paid other places, I would expect to be able to take a five minute hot shower even a three minute hot shower."
