"We got a corner room with slanted ceilings (which is fine) but pretty small. The biggest problem was there is no AC until May. So they gave us a small fan and that’s it. Was definitely misleading because the listing on Expedia said there would be AC so the room was very hot. Also, since the room was so small, no airflow, and only one ceiling window, the room would smell SO bad and musty when we would come back. Also, many bugs inside the room even with the window closed. My BF and I both got bit multiple times. The best part was the rooftop hangout area. Would not recommend."

"Beautiful facilities and location! Short walk from the basilica and other main attractions. The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was amazing and the drinks at the bar are tasty! I would recommend and stay here again."

"I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to get around Venice by public transport. Located just a short walk to the Vaporetto Tronchetto Car Park stop, along with the ACTV ticket store to purchase your 1,2 or 3 day passes which was very useful. The hotel itself was very nice and room was just about right considering you spend most of your time out. Breakfast was good with a small selection of hot food and lots of pastries, and plenty of coffee machines for breakfast. The staff here were very helpful, we arrived at 1am and they were super helpful and provided all the information we needed. Would highly recommend."

"We booked a family room for our family of 5. Room was clean and they provided enough towels for each one of us. They provided complimentary water and coffee in the room. Water pressure and temperature was perfect. We each were able to take a shower back to back without any loss of heat. The room is slightly dated but they are working on renovation throughout the hotel. My kids enjoyed that it was an original older building with lots of nooks. Breakfast was delicious. Grape variety something for all of my children. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Offered espressos or cappuccinos. Felt like a true bread and breakfast. We would definitely stay again. Elevator was working so we use that to move our luggages up the stairs. "

"Great location and wonderful staff in a cool authentic Venetian hotel. Hotel itself was a bit tired. The towels, bedding and furniture was well worn. No air conditioning before April 15th. Overall, a good value and nice place to stay in an expensive tourist city."
