"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice spot to spend a night or two. We only spent one night and it was close enough to the train station to walk. "
"Nous avons été tres bien reçu chez Elina .Le seul problème à été de trouver l'appartement car les explications d'Elina n'étaient pas clair . Il aurait fallu quelle nous explique quelle sortie prendre en sortant du train
"
"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Spacious room with plenty of storage and a comfortable bed. Toiletries provided. Really enjoyed the wine tasting. Would stay again. "

"Nice room. Quiet and clean. Wi fi good. It is a 170 year old building so stairs are narrow and steep. Elevator is tiny so forget luggage, your hauling it yourself."
"Near everything! Enjoyed night life, morning, afternoons! The place is clean, staff amazing! Easy to go arrive. We arrived super late, so did the self check in! Great! Will return!"
"Had a 2 night stayover in Firenze, and thanks to the good location, we only had a small walk to the city centre. Great value for parking at the Apcoa underground park, 10€ for 24h!! "

"Easy access from the train station of about a 3 minute walk. Right on the edge of the main shopping and attraction action of Florence so you do not feel like you are right in the crowds. The view from the bar/restaurant are great also. Service was always accommodating and the food was good. The shower/bath was a little crowded with how the fictures are placed but otherwise the bathroom was fine, the room was good, everything was clean and fun. I would recommend this to my friends also."
"Firstly the staff here made the stay amazing. The amenities and everything that was available to us was great. And it was a not so far walk from everything else in the city."
"The hotel is convenient to the important sites, since it is located about a block and a half from the Duomo. Driving and parking is a struggle in that area but the hotel staff provided a convenient work-around that made things much easier. In this and many other things the staff were very helpful. "
"Coffee shop across the street
Have to walk and explore to find restaurants but there are many to choose
Hotel is nice in an old mansion/ palace beautiful and quiet.
Convenient to everything
"
"Haven’t been to a hostel this clean. The toilet looks like a hotel. I’d highly recommend staying here. Free towels to use, unlike other hostels where you have to pay €2. Walkable distance to attractions. "
