"Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully designed, and had amazing amenities. We especially loved the Turkish towels and all the thoughtful little touches throughout. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but still very convenient. We did stay on a Sunday night, so I can’t speak to how quiet it is during the rest of the week, but our stay was incredibly peaceful. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Would definitely recommend!"

"The hotel is convenient to everything! Right next to the forum, 5 minutes walk to Colosseum and 10 minutes walk to downtown. There are lot of good classic Italian restaurants in footsteps. The stuff are very friendly. Their cleaning crew are very nice and responsive. They found my son’s necklace in the room and returned to us after we checked out! We definitely will stay there again!"

"The girl at the reception desk was so nice and helpful! She helped me with everything, and the experience was great overall. The location is nice, however, you need to take a bus to get to the main places (keep in mind they can be late) or walk about 10 minutes to the metro. I felt pretty safe as a female traveler but tried to skip walking along in the night."

"Nous avons adoré notre séjour à l’hôtel Mercure. L’endroit est très bien situé, les chambres étaient propres et la piscine sur le toit avec la vue sur le Colisée était superbe. Le personnel est très courtois. Nous avons adoré notre expérience à cet hôtel boutique."

"The hotel was fairly well kept. The room and bathroom were spacious. We didn’t hear much noise at night. The location is mixed in terms of appeal, as it is close to Termini, as well as Monti. Monti is a charming neighbourhood. We stayed two nights as this was the last stop of our two week trip. It served its purpose. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."
