10/10 Excellent
"This was my fourth stay at the Hotel. I am always welcomed and if you are into being near historical sights, there is no better location. It is a modest and clean hotel with an excellent rooftop bar with friendly servers and a magnificent view of the forum. The breakfast is excellent and the restaurant is very good. The location is near various bars and restaurants as well. The only downside this trip was that the room air conditioning was overwhelmed by the extreme heat in August. A fan placed in our room by the staff compensated well for this issue. This is my place in Rome and I doubt I would stay anywhere else. I highly recommend this hotel without reservation. Enjoy!"

"The location was great, the staff was nice and the rooms clean. We couldn’t get the sauna to work with the directions on the wall. There was lots of noises like jumping , bumping, bouncing and furniture noise on the 3rd floor above us usually until 10:30 pm and around 4:30 am so we were awake at that time."

"The hotel is located in downtown Rome, close to Termini train station, the metro, and public bus stops. From the hotel, many of Rome's attractions are within walking distance, or just a metro or public bus away. We liked the hotel ambiance, good breakfast, clean room, spacious bathroom, and evening music in the backyard patio. This is our second time at this hotel, and I am sure my wife and I will come back."
