"The décor in the room was a bit funky, but it was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great and the staff was very helpful. To get to the hotel, you had to walk down a sketchy set of stairs. We never felt unsafe, but there was broken glass and garbage on the stairs every day. It was a good location and walked easily to the Vatican and the Colleseum."

"Stayed here for 3 nights, travelled with 5 month old baby. Paid over £700 for room only. A little disappointed in all fairness considering the price and definitely not value for money. Room very small and outdated and few minor problems (toilet seat loose, shower door didn’t close properly, fridge in the room didn’t seem to get cold). Walls also paper thin and could hear man next door coughing. Travel cot was provided but there is no kettle in the room to bear in mind if travelling with babies and needing to make milk. I ended up getting my own kettle. Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Most staff we spoke to were friendly enough. Surrounding streets around hotel was dirty with rubbish everywhere. Main area of Trastevere bit nicer. Approx 30 mins walk or so to main sites in Rome city centre which we didn’t mind the walk but did seem a bit far out / quiet. Sadly I don’t think we will stay here again if we choose to come back to Rome."

"The location is great for ease of walking to much of the sites of interest, restaurants, shopping, etc. The room was located right next to the street which was very noisy at night and in the early morning making it difficult to sleep. I would recommend an apartment not directly next to the street. Amenities were nice, but the shower was very small and needed repair which the staff did acknowledge once they were informed."
