My granddaughter upon check in realized that she had lost her passport. The staff made numerous phone calls to the Uber she arrived in and the airport going above and beyond to assist to assist her. Her passport was located and returned to her and Ashe was exceeding grateful for all their care aand

Very nice stay
Very nice hotel located very close to the Porto Alegre airport. Easy parking, and a very nice complementary breakfast. Rooms were comfortable, clean, and the air-conditioning worked well. Highlights were the pool. A beautiful pool in the back. For convenience to the airport and a nice hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived around 5pm and the room wasn’t ready, so we were placed in a temp room pending our room cleaning. The front desk was helpful in managing the situation with a high occupation in the evening, however they could have it ready by 2 pm as check in time. The room was good however the bathroom could have some forced ventilation and the toilet was a bit clogged. We will come back to the hotel but there are improvement opportunities.

Best hotel I've stayed at in Brazil or the United States in years. This is a hotel worth staying at at any price. Beautiful and elegant rooms. Sanitized so well we never worried. Staff is highly trained in customer service and treat guests like kings and queens. Can't say enough good about the property other than we'll see you everytime we have the chance and thank you all. Ask for a quiet room, or you will sleep with noise
Did not really like the room given. Noise from the hallway of other family customers, and some mechanical background noise at night. Gets quite noisy if a window is opened (but one of the windows is hard to open anyway). The swimming pool was not ready for use, and my stay did not come with breakfast as I used to have.
