"The best hotel you will ever experience! The biggest plus is the Daiba train station thatโ€™s located directly outside the hotel and makes traveling around Tokyo so smooth. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are both comfortable and prepared for anything that you may need. The bar has the most incredible view of the Tokyo tower and delicious drinks/snacks! Their Chinese restaurant Toh-Lee is also incredible and is a must try! We found our forever hotel and couldnโ€™t be more impressed with their quality of service in all aspects. To whomever reading this, trust my word and book this hotel for yourself and your family. "The property was immaculate and the hotel staff were all amazing. We initially booked a room with 2 regular twin beds and 2 futon sleep on the floor type of beds for the kids. The futons were a little hard so they transferred us to a room with four individual beds. Regular television was limited to all Japanese channels only a couple in English, but it was random when they were in English. Location was perfect for a family. attached to a mall with hundreds of restaurants and stores. Lots of activities to do for kids. Will definitely stay here again next time Iโ€™m in Tokyo."
