"This is a great hotel and we love the garden. The staff at breakfast did not offer us the table with the best view of tokyo despite us asking for a table close to the window. There were many available. Then we felt rushed, every 30 seconds a waiter came to clean something from our table or remind us that the restaurant closes at 10. This is unusually rude for this hotel or for Japan in general."

Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka

Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka

8/10 Good
"We stayed in the Annex side of the hotel. The room was standard for Japan and the Annex side needs some updating but it was clean overall. The room had a good AC unit, clean with good amenities. Hotel was in a good location for transportation - train station is 3 minute walk away and close to conveniences like 7-11 or Family Mart. The Harry Potter Cafe and themed train station (Akasaka) is a 10 minute walk away as well as fun local shops. The thing that makes this hotel stand out is the staff. They go above and beyond for their guests and make sure they have a great stay. Overall we had a good stay but if possible to request to stay in the main building as that is where the laundry and front desk is located."
