The AC was cold, and I was able to control it which was a plus. The bathroom was spotless and also spacious. Next trip, I be sure to book way in advance to make sure that I end up at this property. Again, the staff (from the front desk to housekeeping) were phenomenal. "

"Nice location. Walkable to all of shinjuku. Small rooms and the bathroom was kind of an airplane restroom; small ..all plastic.. the hotel is functional for what we required."

Rooms are small but clean and modern Unfortunately staff at this hotel are poorly trained and unorganized arguing with one another and barking orders at guests. Noone seems to be able to answer questions or solve problems and there is a general sense of confusion. As a result I would not recommend "
