Budget hotel at budget price, not the ritz but not expected to be, they really need to upgrade the carpets though. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful.

Awful
Room filthy thick dust everywhere,no bulb in lamp,plugs broken.sink plug could not be removed so used water had to remain in sink. Ripped sheets, stains on matress. Cobwebs all over the ceiling. Shower floods bathroom as no curtain Black flies crawling over items at breakfast. This place is a death trap about to happen. AVOID

Low cost, convenient but old hotel
The hotel needs a refurbishment to upgrade the carpet (really old and worn out), add shower curtains to the bathtubs and anti-slip mats in the bathroom. The bathroom floor is tiled which makes it very slippery when wet. The staff are nice and helpful and the breakfast is quite nice.

Terrible old hotel - no warm water in the morning in the shower, small dirty bed, TV from comunism times, terrible room service, only stay if you have to. 1/10.

Super friendly and helpful personal that helped resolve an emergency with 'no credit card' + 'no gas' and 'Polish holiday' where everything was closed. The hotel staff called the taxi company to look out for open international money exchange, which they found :)

Nice location but very poor hotel.
The room were I stayed was old.In 4 nights my bed was never done. I had the tram way just in front of the window,to much notice. Staff at the reception were very unfriendly, must of the time I passed at the reception, I didn't get a hello or good morning.

tram noise is a pain but stops from around 11pm till 4:30 am, breakfast is very good, stepping into the room is like stepping back in time the hotel is very dated, but for a budget hotel i will be visiting again

Overall good hotel in city center. Cheap and no luxus amenities. Standard good quality environment. Within walking distance to all sights and bus/railway station.

My stay in Lech
The room is very outdated, I assume from 70-ies? The lady at the reception is helpful. Although not expensive accommodation, it is quite pricy in comparison to other accommodations in Poland, especially considering the furniture / equipment of the room. The location is in the walking distance of the old part of town (15 min on foot?).

Next day no towels and no good cleaning
No towels for next day and no cleaning. And if you dont ask no body care and look after. If the hotel managment will not investigate on this, no more guest.

Uncomfortable bed and good breakfast
Mattresses in the room were very uncomfortable. They had to be changed long time ago. That's was the main reason after the first night I changed the hotel. Very good breakfast.

Good Value town centre hotel.
The Lech is a little older than most hotels and it could benefit form a refurbishment, in the respect that the rooms are a little dates. Yes the furniture is functional rather than aesthetically pleasing, Yes the hotel has CRT TV's and a Radio that looks like it may well be powered by valves, but so what. However, putting this in relation to the cost, its a brilliant Hotel. The Hotels about 10 minutes walk from the Old Square, The room was clean and tidy, Wifi worked and breakfast good. Its not a Sheriton, Mercure or a Hilton, but then its not priced as such. If you want all the western creature comforts this is not a great choice for you, but for a clean great value it would be hard to see where the Lech could improve.

Nieco gorzej niż średnio...
Brak suszarki w łazience. Poluzowane krany, podniszczony brodzik, brak drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej, brudne kafelki i podłoga. Recepcja nie odbiera telefonu. Standard wykończenia - pierwsza połowa lat 90. Bardzo zimna noc a w pokoju nie działają kaloryfery. Podniszczone meble. Trzy gwiazdki to ten hotel miał chyba w poprzednim ustroju.

Good location between train station and downtown
In the room was cold, the heating was off. We had a problem with the bathroom (the water was accumulating in the shower). However, they gave us another room. They offer 2 free bottle of water a day. Good location between train station and downtown. The breakfast is modest.
