"The staff was very helpful. They tolerated our early arrival by allowing us to leave our bags in a secure location while we went to explore the city. They offered us beverages during the check in process. They put our rooms on priority cleaning in an effort to get us an earlier check in. Very clean place with a great location right in the heart of Prague. The breakfast buffet was top notch with plenty of delicious options, including salmon."

"On arrival the reception is very nice with approachable and helpful staff. Lovely spacious clean room! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in with soft fluffy pillows! Bath with shower over the top hair dryer also! There is also a fridge which is helpful for us brits who love to get milk for a fresh cuppa tea! Local amenities are very good nice and close to shopping centre and a train ride away from the city centre. Has a pool and spa facilities which I haven’t tried but looks really nice!
