Does this hotel still exist
The hotel is permanently closed. Having been refused a refund from hotels.com rI looked elsewhere for these dates. No response from the hotel prior to leaving UK and customer service from hotels.com was very poor

Could not make trip to hotel due to covid 19 restrictions. When my booking agent tried to contact hotel to advise (apparently the agents phoned and emailed the hotel) the hotel did not reply to the attempts to contact them.

Great location, however the room we had was very old. Some of the lights didn't work, the walls looked like they needed a fresh paint job, missing pieces of molding. Additionally each day our bed sheets were made, but never changed. We had dropped a drink on the sheets and the same sheets were kept throughout the whole stay. Very ecological, but definitely not a 4*. Great location, but quality of the room was more along the lines of a 2-3*

Everything was excellent except there is no double bed but rather 2 singles sliding apart if you are staying as a couple. Otherwise the hotel is clean, friendly, helpful staff and the location cannot be better. Highly reccomend it.

Staff spoke exceptional English and always were pleasant 24 hours a day. They advised on good restaurants, good tours to choose and were always willing to help in any way needed. The breakfast was excellent and could be purchased for only 9 euros. Two grateful Americans from Montana

Enjoyable stay
The hotel location was excellent and the room was very clean and spacious. I loved the atmosphere and attention to detail. The staff was friendly and helpful. I asked for recommendations and they provided us with maps and specific details about how to navigate the city using public transport.

Perfect location
Hotel was in the most fantastic location. Behind was Wensclas Square and a short walk in front was Old Town Square. Hotel was clean, comfortable and great value for money. Would definitely return.

Proximity to square is the only reason to stay here. Hotel is old and below service standards. Rooms smell old and musty. Staff seems bothered to be of service to you.

Hotel is ideally located near to old town and the main parts of Prague 1. Short walk to Charles bridge were you can cross to the other side for the castle. Room was clean, bathroom was great, bed could do with a upgrade, was very low to the floor, but was comfortable. Free WiFi, didn’t try the breakfast it looked ok. Would stay here again.

This property is situated very centrally and I loved easy access to all of the Old Town facilities. It was also close to metro and the tram, and buses in New Town. My room certainly didn't look anything like this picture. It was small but functional, with twin beds, wardrobe small desk and chair. The cleaning ladies were great and front desk staff always helpful! The hallway carpets were really faded and worn and I feel that a spruce-up would be good. Breakfasts were an excellent start to the days I was there.

Nice hotel ,in great position in the old town,really close to all the attractions. We had room 601,which after climbing 3 flights of stairs was stunning ,views from all four sides and a massive room ,well worth the stairs. Breakfast was good too , Overall really good place to stay.

Great location in the heart of Prague! The facility was no-frills and had all the basics. Great value for the money. Would definitely book it again. The Standard Double room would be a tight fit with more than 2 adults.

Very nice large room, amazing jacuzzi bath, most comfortable bed ever, reasonably priced mini bar. Did get a little noisy at night. The only thing I would say was missing was tea and coffee making facilities and asked for extra pillows but apparently there were no spare ones available.

It is located in the centre of the city near the old town, which is very convenient especially for the tourists. The courtyard is used for parking. It is comparitively small, but, the staff of the hotel provide the service, you just need to leave the key of your car at the reception. Breakfast is good, enough choices. The only inconvenience is that it starts at 7:00 am, which is a little too late for those guests on business trip. In general, it was quite a happy stay in this hotel.

This picture doesn’t look like our room did. But we liked the location—right between old and new town—easy walk to both. The staff was pleasant. The breakfast was convenient and fine. Parking cost 25E per night but at least it was available. The room was spacious but noisy

The hotel is located right in the middle of the old city and it's very clean and comfortable. I ate in the hotel restaurant the first night and it was enjoyable. The waiters were quick, friendly enough and the food and drinks were good and affordable. The building seems older, which I found charming and made the room feel cozy, but for the end of July it was pretty hot. After the first night, without any mention of the heat to staff, the housekeeping staff had left a fan for me in my room, which made everything infinitely better. I really thought that was sweet and it was so helpful. When I left I also had the staff arrange a taxi for me to the airport, it was promptly there at the arranged time, the car was clean, nice driver and it wasn't crazy expensive. Overall, if you don't like being right in the tourist crowds, maybe avoid staying in this area of the city in summer, but the hotel itself is great and I'd recommend it to anyone who isn't expecting a luxury hotel.

The hotel is in a good location. Prague castle is the furthest walk of the major attractions but it will only take you about 45 minutes to an hour to get there and that’s with me stopping and taking pictures along the way. The square with the astronomical clock is extremely close by. My room was clean so no complaints there. The train station is a 20 minute walk and there are tons of restaurants and shopping along the way. For you ladies, the guy that checked me in (Henry Cavil’s brother?) was quick and friendly. I would stay there again if I ever go back to Prague.
