Good location. Near public transportation and so many places to see within walking distance. Nice bar in the lobby. It’s about 1/2 block down from the main road. We always felt safe and were never bothered, but there a couple of “adult” stores and clubs on the same street.

Room was cold with no heating control. Bathroom was dated, shower leaked all over floor! Expect more than this for the price. Had to give an hours notice to use sauna.

Booked a weekend away without the kids (very rare!) for my husband's birthday. Upgraded and booked a balcony room and bottle of fizz on arrival as a birthday surprise. The "balcony" was the width of one paving slab - nothing like the photos on the website with tables and chairs - there wasn't space! We were also given a twin room with the beds pushed together which was really uncomfortable and the bottle of fizz was supposed to be a nice surprise while to got ready to go out wasn't there. Reception said they would bring it the next day but the surprise was spoilt. As it was late and there was no drink, we dropped our bags and went out. Had a terrible night's sleep - kept crashing into each other in the gap in between the beds and noise from the street. Spoke to reception in the morning but had a very frosty response from a member of staff who really didn't care - she claimed the patio furniture was removed as it's cold (there's no space for it!) and if I wanted to change room I had a choice to pay 50 EUR per night to upgrade (again) or downgrade to a double but no refund. Chose the double room but didn't even get the complimentary water we are entitled to. The safe in the new room didn't work and the bathroom flooded. Breakfast was good if you got there early, but later on when things run out that's it (e.g. hash browns and croissant - the popular items). Really unimpressed with the service and would recommend staying elsewhere, I would never go there again.

Great location, nice hotel
Conveniently located to the National Museum, Wenceslas Square, Main Train Station, and a main boulevard with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was comfortable. Breakfast was fine. The only issue was the half glass shower wall did not seal with the tub so the bathroom floor got very wet after a shower.

This was my second stay there so I do come back. The location was great, and the room was comfy. We didn't use any other services. The only thing I didn't care for was the bathmat in the tub. Personally, those things turn me off. Otherwise, great!

Good location just off Wenceslas Square although the proximity is good, the street itself has a few interesting shops you need to pass on the way. That being said, it’s great walking distance to most places and if you’re there for the Xmas markets like I was, you wouldn’t be better situated. The hotel was clean and decorated just fine. The bed was comfortable to a point - it was twin beds pushed together so if you strayed towards the middle in the night then you would find yourself falling between two mattresses. All in all a good stay.

Hotel situated just near the center. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was great. Unfortunately my room was very close to the night club and music was until 5 o’clock. It was difficult to sleep in such condition. As a GOLD Hotels.com member I would expect slightly different approach for assigning the room. Anyway we had nice weekend in Prague.

Convenient
Hotel is convenient located to the main pedestrian street always lively. Restaurants cafes and all shopping is all in walking distance. Overall stay was great. As a solo traveller and very clean and do not expect much service; this is a convenient and easy hotel. The Breakfast in the morning is wonderfully arranged and plentiful. Huge plus! Only thing I was annoyed about was there was no English speaking TV stations available other than the one CNN station they did have any sound. Many other channels were out due to service not available and when ask for an engineer to fix the front desk agent said, there is nothing we can do. Other than that It was fine.

Been for a 5-night stay early September 2023. This is my second time at the hotel. This time the expereince was not that good. The hotel is aging, water pressure at shower is not strong and the floor is ragged. The window curtains were dirty, and sometimes there was a mild trace of mold in the room. On the better side - location is great and the breakfast worth its price.

I was placed on the ground floor as a single female. Felt very unsafe. There was a bright garden light beaming in to my room so I could never sleep. Pillows very uncomfortable. The room didn’t look like the photos either. Looked much older. I was woken up by cleaning staff at 8am when I had the sign on the door to not disturb.

Not the quietest, could hear others guest until 4am but it's Prague on a weekend. So we just kept our windows closed. Ac doesn't work well, but learning that's normal for Europe. Otherwise, staff was friendly and the suana services were really nice after walking over 35000 steps
