Booked the delux 2 floor apartment for 6 nights. On first impressions it seemed ok. But after staying for 6 nights I found that the apartment lacked some basic amenities. I dont really like to complaint so didnt raise the issue but majority of my showers had to be taken with cold water as for some reason hot water was only available at certain times in the day. The apartment lacked basic amenities like a shower caddy, loo roll holder, extra towels/linen. Cleaning was promised but not provided. We did get some fresh towels after day 3. The apartments are advertised as soundproofed. This I can gurantee is not true as throughout our stay we were disturbed by our very loud and noisy neighbours with kids running up and down the stairs and doors banging. The lift was out for maintainence for the first 3 days not really fun if your apartment is on the top floor. Also the apartment is at least 40 mins walk from the town center so bear this is mind before you book. The deluxe apartment has windows that we could open and it got very hot and stuffy. Overall pretty average experiance. The only really good and efficient thing was the automated check in service which was very very good and also express check out service.

Dear Zohab, thank you for your review. We were glad to host you at our residence but it's a pity to hear there were some inconveniences during your stay. As per the lift, the maintenance service team was called immediately, but it was an official day off, and they work on the emergency cases first, so there was a delay. Thoughh the issue with the lift was fixed on the second day. On the third day, we provide a small cleaning service but if you had any requirements, you could always send us an email or just stop by the reception and we would gladly meet your requests. There is a metro station and a tram stop less than 5 minutes walk from us, so it is very easy to get to the city centre from here for those, who do not enjoy long walks. We hope to host you in our residence in the future and make your stay more pleasant. Best regards from Prague, Alina

Lovely and comfortable flat
Lovely flat in a very good area. We loved that the flat was spacious, with great views and quiet in the night. Comfortable beds. Easy access to the city centre only 2 stops by tube. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad! Alina is top! Wat een goed en prettig appartement, alles is top. We zaten op de 2e verdieping Huisnr 9. Alles is op loopafstand, metro en tram circa 5 min, groot supermarkt Albert, waar ze ook Nederlandse kaas hebben! Veilige buurt, erg genoten in Praag en van dit appartement!!

Exellent stay
It was easy to check in late at night (around mid night) with the codes that were provided. There is a secure room to lock bags away on check out day which was very useful. The apartment was lovely and modern. No expense spared with the decoration and furnishings, yet good value for money. Cooking equipment is provided along with coffee machine/ French press etc. WiFi is very fast. Smart TV in living area. 5 minutes walk to Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station which can take you to the centre of old town. About 10 minutes walk from Lipanská tram stop which takes you past the Palladium shopping mall en route to old town.

Apartment was lovely, modern and spacious. When we arrived at starting using the property there were a couple of issues, we reported them straight away and bits were fixed. Temporarily which was fine as we were out all day so wasn’t much of a inconvenience to us we just got on with it. Also we were put in apartment 1, I would not recommend this to anyone as it was right at the entrance of the building. It was so noise hearing everyone come in and slam doors but the worst bit was the bin men at 5am! They dragged then bins from the back to the front of the apartment then back again at 5 am! It was so loud and unexpected. Up and down stairs the bins were taken, twice this happened during our stay. Like I said the apartment was amazing and everything you needed but I would not recommend apartment 1 of the building. And I paid extra for the apartment with a balcony view. I had the view of the garden as we were on the ground floor. Nice and should I have said something? Yes! But we were happy just to get there and enjoy our time. Was lovely and would recommend staying here as we just had some minor flaws.

Nice location away from the tourist area.
The area where this property is located is great. Nice restaurants close by and a supermarket to buy your daily needs. The reception staff especially Carlos is very nice and helpful. It would have been perfect if it has an air conditioning unit especially during the hot days in the month of June . Overall it is a nice location away from the Old town tourist area.

Smart and modern apartment
Apartment new and clean, comfy bed, good shower. Could maybe do with some more soft furnishings (cushions for the sofa?) and decorations, just a very minor issue. I enjoyed the view of the TV tower from the balcony. It was also quiet and the curtains great at blocking out sunshine when you want to sleep in.

Fantastic apartment, highly recommend.
Beautiful apartment in a good part of Prague. Tram and Metro 5 minutes away. Good bars and restaurants in the local vicinity. I've been to Prague many times and will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone business or pleasure.

Great location close to transport and eating spots
We loved our stay for 7 days the hosts were great and being just out of the city it was peaceful at the end of the day when you wanted to go for a meal. We took a walk past the shopping centre 10 mins away and stumbled on this old cemetery and were in Orr of the history and beauty in there... Overall Highly recommended

Fantastic Experience at Prague City Stay
We arrived late and night and the automatic check-in was so convenient. We checked in without any problem. The apartment is well furnished and the kitchen comes stocked with all utensils. The bed was the most comfortable I ever slept in. The smart TV with films was very nice to have. Very fast WiFI. The location is excellent, close to many cool bars and restaurants and cafes and yet just outside of the city center so we are not paying "tourist prices". Metro and tram are a few minutes walk to give easy access to the center and around Prague. The team in the reception are very friendly and went out of their way to greet me and make sure everything was OK. Its very convenient to have all the best local restaurant menus at reception so you can read through and decide where to eat. The garden in the back of the building was also fabulous in the hot weather. Nice to sit out and catch up on emails with a beer in the sun or the shade. Strongly recommended and will return.

Everything is very perfect. The recepetion is very helpful and friendly. It is not in the center but I do enjoy living in this neighbourhood with a range of local bars and resturants, quiet, safe adn lovely. It is only 15mins mentro to the main tourist attraction. I will stay there agian if I come to Prague next time.

Perfect accommodation for a visit to Prague
My daughter and I rented 2 studio apartments in Prague City Stay Jagellonská in April 2018. Prior to arrival my studio was upgraded at no extra cost to a 1 bed apartment. We were amazed when we entered our apartments; they were both bright, well-furnished, spacious and with high ceilings and plenty of natural light. Unlike many hotels the electric lighting was more than adequate when needed later in the evening. All the equipment in the apartments was brand new and absolutely everything is provided for either self-catering or simply somewhere to sleep. Even coffee, tea, soap, washing up liquid, sponge, etc. was provided. The bathroom and separate toilet were excellent and the large beds really comfortable. In particular the shower is an excellent design. Most importantly the apartments were spotlessly clean. Jakub on the Front Desk could not do enough to make us welcome and went out of his way to answer any queries. The apartment block is not in the city centre but it is walkable to the old town area and Jakub will organise a taxi at a reasonable rate if required. In addition to the multitude of restaurants and bars in the centre we also found some very nice local restaurants which cost about half the price of city centre ones. I would highly recommend the Prague City Stay Jagellonská and will certainly stay there again should I re-visit the lovely city of Prague.

Booked it for a colleague visiting us at the Prague office, now he says he'll want to stay there every time he comes! Good deal in winter at around 50 euros a night, unfortunately it looks like their high-season rates are not as competitive.

Spent 3 nights here. Excellent accommodation. Very modern and clean. Very close to an excellent Italian restaurant and a short cab/Uber ride away from the old town. Would definitely recommend to anyone and hoping to return again soon myself.

Very good.
Really nice apartment; spacious, comfortable, well furnished and in a nice area. Could be a bit cleaner (lots of dust in the corners of rooms) and could do with a bit more crockery (only 3 plates) and kitchen equipment (toaster, tea towel). Also, duvet not big enough for bed. I would happily stay again though.

Absolutely Perfect Stay!
We stayed for 5 nights in the apartment with two floors on the top floor - absolutely stunning apartment! The place is really modern with great facilities including a smart TV (which we used a lot in the evening after trekking around Prague!) , microwave, iron, and anything you expect to find at home! The apartment was super clean, we couldn't find any faults! The kitchen had everything you needed and even in the bathroom you'll find ear cleaners and cotton wool (things you might forget to bring) in a little tub which we didn't expect! The apartment building itself is gorgeous, with an area to leave your bags on the last day and a lift to take you to your floor. The apartments are also situated in a really lovely residential area, with all the amenities you need (supermarket - 5 minute walk / varied restaurants incredibly close) - you're only 2 - 3 stops on the metro (green line A - 5 / 10 minute walk) from the centre of Prague! We also felt very safe in the area which is also a bonus. The only criticism we have of the apartment is the pillows - they were too hard for us but that might be just down to personal taste! Other than that we had a brilliant stay and staying in the apartment made our stay even better - Thank you!

Nice new flats
As this building is without 24/7 reception some guests can be very loud at night especially guests coming for weekends. Also room was much smaller than what I was expected - not on pics.

great new ApartHotel in Vinohrady
The location was a few minutes walk to the Metro and the Tram. There were lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. The farmers market is a very enjoyable experience with some live music on the nearby square.

Det var nemt at komme ind om natten, og dejligt man kan opbevare din bagage når man er tjekket ud. God service og en rigtig fin lejlighed. Kan varmt anbefales.

Book roligt et ophold her.
Første gang i Prag og første gang i en hotellejlighed. Det bliver ikke sidste gang. Vi ankom til en lejlighed hvor der var rent og pænt. En lille altan med udsigt over gården og TV-tårnet. Metroen var 600 meter væk og der var mange gode restauranter, blandt andet en super lækker bistro med vegetarmad og en lille café der serverer skøn morgenmad. Indkøb kunne klares i Albert. Ca. 800 meter væk. Sporvogn 26 går indefra byen med stoppested udenfor Albert. Receptionen var meget hjælpsomme og de forstod engelsk. I nærheden af hotellet over ved kirken og metrostationen er der et marked om lørdagen. Der kan spilles minigolf i området omkring TV-tårnet.

Het is een super appartement en de ligging tov de metro is top. Je loopt ook zo naar de supermarkt. We werden ook heel hartelijk ontvangen. Jammer alleen dat bepaalde kleine dingetjes kapot zijn, iets meer in investeren...
