"The staff were friendly. The room was clean but there were some issues in the room. Shower head was not completely sealed. There there spots on the ceiling in the bathroom and the some baseboards were messed up. "

"I really enjoyed my 2 night stay here. I was in town for a work event. Location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants in Old Town. Also a quick 10 min drive to Hillcrest, Little Italy or Balboa Park...VERY WELL LOCATED! The room was very spacious, clean and very simple. AC worked great. The room I stayed in was at the end of the hall on 2nd floor next to the utility room and had windows facing the street. Other rooms have windows facing the hallways where you need to keep window shutters closed for privacy. The waffle at breakfast was super fluffy and staff in all areas were very courteous, helpful and friendly. I would stay here again."
