When I got there once I had not received information on how to get in I waited for over one hour, another guest helped me to get in and check in, even after asking someone with a local number to call the owner he still never answered. Very frustrating after a long flight, that is when I was told he never answers the phone. He was outstanding in terms of preparing breakfast.
