"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"This charming castle is truly a gem among Umbrian fields. Set on a hill, it's a very well-maintained and clean hotel, with a pool overlooking the nearby valley. The staff was amazing, and especially Daniela at the reception desk who made us feel like at home. She had lots of recommendations of things to do in the area and made sure we had vegan and vegetarian options at breakfast. "Gorgeous villa, only 6 rooms, very intimate. Originally built 1200yrs ago as a respite Inn, completely renovated, incredible view of Orvieto and surrounding Valley. Staff treat you like family, especially Erica! Beautiful buffet breakfast and delicious dinners. Rooms are separated well so you feel like the villa is all yours. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay or for day trips in the area. Beautiful pool and grounds to unwind in. You honestly don't want to miss this experience."

"Beautiful resort, quiet and peaceful, about 20 minutes from Orvieto. Good location to explore parts of Lazio and Umbria regions. The rooms were very nice, comfortable, spacious and wonderful views over the countryside. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the morning breakfast everything was delicious. We also had dinner in their restaurant one night and that was a wonderful presentation and delicious, great service. We didn't use the pool or spa services, but they looked nice and wished we had more time there to use them."
