"The staff were so nice, the location is great, and the outdoor spaces were such a treat. The rooftop bar was a lot of fun and the food was great. Rooms are small but fine for solo travelers or couples spending most of their time in the city and not the room. The bathroom is indeed a fogged-glass style room in the hotel room, so don't go with anyone you wouldn't want to see your blurry figure haha. "

"We had small ants coming out of the bathroom mirror. They were all over the vanity when we got back to the room after touring DC. We called the front desk they sent maintenance up who stated it’s only ants. Like it wasn’t a big deal. They front staff was very accommodating they changed our room. The hotel was overall nice but you can tell it isn’t maintenanced properly"

"Not only is the room way smaller than the photos, which is saying something, walls are paper thin, there’s not only no coffee in the rooms or microwave, you have to buy coffee and go to the basement to use a microwave. With how expensive this place is, the fact that there are no amenities and they charge for everything is crazy."

"We had a room with a king bed. The property was clean. The waffles at the complimentary breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The gym was clean - bike, treadmill, elliptical, rowing, yoga mats, some dumbells/kettlebells. There was no microwave in the room and the mini fridge was full of beverages for purchase. It was inside a cabinet and the temperature of the fridge was on the warm side. There was no way to adjust the temperature. The fridge was essentially unusable. The room was stocked with items that there was a charge for using/consuming (condoms, M&Ms, Snickers bar, bourbon, champagne). The complimentary items were 2 bottles of water and a coffee maker with 2 coffee pods. The mattress and topper was soft. The bedding included a lofty comforter. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with coffee shops in easy walking distance. We loved the location."
