"Check in was very poor as it is at any Accor hotel. I felt the reception team were very unhelpful. The room was a good size and well appointed, spacious and a lovely sea view. It’s a nice property and my room overlooks the town with a view of the Pacific Ocean. It is clean and to be honest one of the nicest Courtyards I have visited. After a rather stressful series of business meetings in Santiago, this has been perfect."

"It was the worst experience we had. The place was old, lack of maintenance, peeling paint, falling molding and dirty. The white curtain already turned into grey color. The bathroom light fixture has multiple dead flies inside. The shower has an used soap from previous people. The ad with hot top was a small container of muddy water. Hotel.com should remove this property from the website."
