The room was excellent. The staff was so helpful and very nice. Norma was excellent. She was so helpful and wonderful. Rudolpho and Daniel are excellent. The food at Kuhal was excellent and the service was over the top. The cooking experience with the head chef was amazing and such a wonderful experience.

Norma our butler was fantastic, made our dinner reservations, kept us up with the latest activities going on while we were there. The rest of the staff was amazing as well, Nico, Armando, Jorge, were extremely nice and went of their way to make sure that we were happy. The pools and the spa were nice as well, room was always clean, fridge stocked. We will be back!

Our stay at Paradiso La Bonita in Puerto Morelos was wonderful! The property is beautifully done, with a peaceful and inviting atmosphere, and our rooms were spacious and comfortable. What really stood out was the attentive and welcoming staff, the butler service was always ready to help and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Thank you Alfredo and Mely at the Piano Bar and Brandon , Candido and Landy by the pool and of course Roger for taking such good care of us.

The resort was quite and and LGBTQ safe. We were respected and treated like we were the only ones there. The staff was amazing, Especially, Maria, front desk, Enrique and Fernando who made sure all are needs were meet. Every restaurants had great food. We especially enjoy the Shrimp taco and half chicken plate and ceviche at the Restaurant that began with the letter O. We didn't drink alcohol, we had excellent virgin drinks. The Spa and massages we excellent. The Spa staff were very receiving

Obviously loved my stay. We stayed in the reserve building and it was just wonderful. The food was fantastic and so were the drinks. Loved having Fernando as our butler who was very attentive. He responded very quickly as well which we loved. Adrian was also just a fantastic bartender we loved him. Fantastic drinks from Adrian, and great conversation from all staff. Hotel was very clean and the ambiance was there. It’s perfect for people who are looking for a chill, luxury experience. Everyone was very friendly and can’t wait to book again!!

The sea view rooms offered stunning views, and the staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and respectful. Chef Marcus went out of his way to prepare something tailored just for me, and the waiter Mauricio and Candido were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. Anytime you needed something, someone was right there to take care of it. The staff truly made my solo getaway a relaxing escape. Thank you to everyone!

We had such a wonderful time at the resort, very romantic settings, wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Our butler Enrique was stellar, top-tier! He attended to all of our needs during our stay, and we were even surprised on our last night there we came back to our room to a beautiful display of flowers decorated on our bed top! Everything exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend to anyone looking for a great time to book here. We're already looking forward to our trip here next year!

Our stay at Paraíso de la Bonita was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The level of hospitality was outstanding, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and memorable vacation. A special thank you to our Butler Norma, who was absolutely incredible. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our stay even more special. She always made sure we had everything we needed and truly made us feel at home. The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind. The food was delicious with a great variety of options, and every meal exceeded our expectations. The restaurants, service, and overall atmosphere were all top-notch. If you’re looking for a luxury getaway with exceptional service, amazing food, and a team that truly cares about their guests, this is the place to be. We would highly recommend Paraíso de la Bonita to anyone visiting the Riviera Maya, and we can’t wait to come back again. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation unforgettable!

I LOVED this place, it is super relaxing. I didn’t leave the Resort just simply enjoyed everything beautiful it had to offer. Everyone was so friendly and amazingly attentive & as soon as I arrived I felt taken care of. I would love to come back soon for another stay, but this time longer! I really enjoyed walking around and exploring the lovely landscape with beautiful animals that live in the resort, everyone greets you during your stay and are always asking you if you need anything!! The room was so comfortable, I was able to enjoy many sunrises, at the comfort of my own bed. I really enjoyed the Joya restaurant, and ordering my food & drinks by the pool. All the drinks were so delicious! My butler was amazing. Her name was Norma, and overall she made everything x2 easier, she really made me feel at home. In general this place is so nice for unwinding, providing everything peaceful & serene. Can’t wait to be back soon, It was so hard to leave!

Our stay here was truly amazing and relaxing! The resort is absolutely beautiful and we very much enjoyed the authentic decor and cuisine. We can not say more wonderful things about every single staff, especially the butlers! They were extremely accommodating to our every need and want! We can not wait to return!

This was our second visit to the property since the renovation and rebrand and we once again had a truly excellent vacation. Team members were all professional and welcoming. The food and beverage selection well exceeded our expectations; our room (complete with Frette linens and Byredo amenities) was perfectly clean with a lovely sea view; and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained.

The room sizes are amazing. You get tons of space with 4 key areas, a living room, a bedroom, a massive bathroom and a generous outdoor patio space. All rooms come with an ocean view which makes selection much easier. We opted for the plunge pool which offers a perfect private option for relaxation in the room itself. There's 2 massive TVs as well which makes some of the downtime in bed a little more fun. The bathrooms are exceptional. Amazing rainfall shower, huge soaker tub, double sink.

If you're looking for a resort that feels like coming home, this is it. Every person here makes you feel like family. From arrival we were met with warmth. We were given a full hotel tour before being handed to our butler for the stay, Norma, who went above and beyond daily — looping us into the turtle release conservation program, sourcing medicine when I was unwell, and having the chef prepare a bespoke octopus dish for my wife — something not even on the menu, made purely because she mentioned a craving. She also arranged a special honeymoon surprise for us, which meant the world. Our room itself was excellent — spacious, beautifully designed, and a true retreat after a day of activities. The daily activities team kept us moving with Animal Movement classes, bachata, and lawn Bocce, always making sure everyone felt included. Food across the resort's four restaurants was outstanding — from gourmet Chinese-inspired seafood (the pork dumplings are a must) to a standout dessert on our last night. The beef carpaccio and mussels are also worth ordering. Kindness followed us everywhere — poolside, at breakfast, and on excursions. The team arranged an unforgettable trip to Isla Mujeres, striking the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Countless staff greeted us with a genuine "Buenos dias," hand to chest — a small gesture that said everything about the spirit of this place. We are so grateful. This is what a holiday should feel like.

Excellent trip overall. Beautiful resort. Amazing food. Extremely friendly staff. We have been to Mexico about 5-6 times in the last few years, and this is the best resort we've been to yet. Would be delighted to return.
