This resort was as close as you can get to heaven on earth the staff is phenomenal they have the largest collection of the most amazing people in Mexico. Upon arrival in the check in we were frequently told welcome home by staff and indeed they treat you like family and made you feel at home 10 out of 10 will recommend to family and friends

The property was gorgeous and the staff was excellent! We did have to ask a few times about the birthday, but they came through. The food at Rainwater was excellent. Breathless buffet was not good, it had no taste. The room would be even better with phone charging outlets on the nightstand and a bench for the shower. The water in the shower was just warm, it never got hot. Overall it was a great experience and we hope to return and we will recommend to our friends and family. Entertainer Angel “Brown Sugar” was excellent and engaging! We loved the Cowboy band too!

The staff is amazing here! So friendly, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile to make sure your stay is everything you want it to be! The room was beautiful, with an amazing view and the housekeeping staff do a wonderful job! The food was amazing and there was so much to do at all times! This was an amazing resort with top notch food and service. Shout out to Luis at the Secrets pool for his “spicy” pool exercise class! The plus one experience was amazing and the little details in the hotel room like all lighting can be controlled once you get into bed, was well thought out. Comfortable beds and each restaurant had great food!
