"This is a basic resort that you definitely get what you paid for. With only one pool in the resort for all the guests you can expect to find a lot of dirt, hair and other items floating. Our AC in the room also leaked water all over our luggage and got a lot of items wet. It took maintenance over 2 hours to get our room to attempt to fix the AC (which he did not) and instead just poured more dirty water over clothes we had drying on a chair. When we requested to speak to a manager no manager was available at night time, when we asked about possibly getting the clothes washed or dried, we were given many ifs and unknowns. The entertainment was actually pretty good but the food was just okay with at night time having no real options or variety. The beach was clean though and was overall nice. We will definitely not be back though, definitely not worth it."
