"THE STAFF AT THE FACILITY WAS EXCELLENT , RESPECTFUL, ALWAYS WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANYTHING NEEDED, THEIR CHARACTER WAS EXCELLENT, SHOUT OUT TO " RAFINA AT THE BAR ALWAYS MAKING MY DRINKS AND CAPPUCCINO COFFEE WITH A SMILE, TEDDY-BEAR AT THE BEACH SITE FOR HIS PLEASANT CONVERSATIONS, 'KENNEDY THE SECURITY GUARD FOR ALWAYS MAKING SURE THAT THE HOTEL WAS SAFE, EMMANUEL AND JUAN FROM THE CHAIN MEMBERSHIP AREA FOR THEIR UNDERSTANDING AND GREAT SERVICE. "Staff work very hard to ensure your comfort, very pleasant ,friendly and helpful, felt like family. Lots of amazing food and restaurants to choose, from fine dining to buffet. Rooms are comfortable and cleaned daily. Everything is so clean and well maintained . Quiet and serene, beautiful private beach. We will definitely return to this resort... "
