Contacted number on booking, and person told me that the unit was unavailable and shouldn’t have been able to book. I was forced to book another room on the spot with the real infinity blue staff. A week later and they and they have not refunded my funds, or even processed a refund to get a notification from Hotels.com Scam Likely"
