Excellent location, close to bars, shops and restaurants.. pool area is great. Hotel is very clean and staff are lovely, nothing is too much trouble for MJ and her team. Highly recommend this hotel

Great place to stay

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to airport, bars, restaurants and the mall. The staff were lovely especially MJ the manager, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was super clean, breakfast was basic but plentiful & tasty. Highly recommend.

Average hotel, off the main road via an unpaved side road. The rooms are not very sound proof and we had to wear ear plugs to get a decent sleep. Our friends had a room next to the bright Ipil sign with no curtains on that window! You could read a book at night with no lights on in the room.

Great value hotel in a good location to explore PP

Great value, clean, comfortable room. Hotel was very quiet, so apart from pool and breakfast, there are few facilities atm, but that was fine for me. Great little water machine for hot and cold drinks, efficient AC. Its in a good spot for Rizal Avenue where you can catch a tuk tuk anywhere, but the street to the entrance is dark and rubbled, so take care. Staff friendly and the pool/ gardens pretty. Wifi good.

Not all rooms are the same. My friends' rooms had telephone and a fridge while ours didn't. The room was adequately clean. The shower floor was slippery, indicating not properly cleaned (soap scum?). Tiny ants in cabinets, too.
