My stay was satisfactory, although it did not fully meet my expectations based on the pictures presented on Expedia. The showerhead did not function properly, which was disappointing. However, I would like to commend the staff for their friendliness and helpfulness throughout my visit.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Arch Studio à Langkawi ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un grand sourire et une incroyable gentillesse de la part des réceptionnistes. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur attention constante ont vraiment rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Je tiens à les remercier du fond du cœur : ils représentent à eux seuls l’excellence de l’hospitalité ! L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque espace est parfaitement entretenu et donne immédiatement une sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, bien aménagées et décorées avec goût, offrant tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi tout en profitant d’un cadre hôtelier de qualité supérieure. Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients : des installations pratiques, une atmosphère chaleureuse et un service vraiment attentionné. On ressent que l’équipe met beaucoup de soin et de passion à satisfaire les voyageurs. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Langkawi. All the staff gave 5 star service. Everyone was so helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. On my first night my room 126 had noisy traffic outside but staff moved me next day to 123 which was much appreciated. My room looked onto the lovely pool area. Hotel was very clean with fresh towels and bottles of water daily A big thanks to Manager Rosada and all her team

The Adya hotel is 3km from the ferry terminal. Most staff do not speak english so communication difficult. Several things broken in room, ac leaking, found a dead bat on the floor which reinforces the cleaning issues. I seen someone else commneted about bats in the room and thoight it obsurd but then experienced it also. Obviously they get in when windows and doors are left open. Reception staff never acknowlege you after checking in and totally ignore your presence when passing thereafter. Things happen slowly if at all in this aging hotel that is over due a refurbishment. Pool is nice although few sunbeds for the 200+ rooms. Towels were often not available around the pool and sunbeds didnt have materass making them uncomfortable. Many local restaurants nearby and a mall within walking distance.
