"プールは期待以上だった。浅いエリアもあり、小さな子供も十分楽しめた。プールサイドには大きなパラソルがあり、デッキチェアでくつろぎながら子供たちが遊ぶのを見られたのも良かった。なお、プールは2〜3日に1回清掃が入り、薬剤使用のためしばらく利用できない時間帯があるので注意が必要。ベッドルームやバスルームは施設写真の通り。シャワーと洗面台とトイレが二畳ほどのスペースにまとまっており、シャワー後は当然トイレがびしょびしょになる。ベッドルーム毎にバスルームがあるため、我が家はトイレ専用とシャワー専用に分けて利用した。ホストのFeeziはホスピタリティに溢れており、こまめなレスポンスに大変助けられた。"

"If you like closeness to nature, this the place for you. Squirrels, birds and monkeys visited our balcony during our stay. The glass walled villa offers amazing view of the forest in all four directions but if you prefer privacy, draw the curtains, which we didn't have to use. Given the location, expect some ants, mostly in the bathtub but they don't bite or bother us. The adorable resident dogs do bark intermittently at night so bring ear plugs if necessary. "Lovely hotel on a great site in the heart of Langkawi. Shops, eating and beach close by. Initially we were allocated a room on the ground floor with not a lot of room and one narrow window overlooking an access road. We were very disappointed. After some discussion we agreed for a 5 day stay this was not acceptable and we would either check out or pay for an upgrade. We spoke to Andrew on reception and he listened and resolved our concerns. Agreeing to a move the next day - as it was late. The process was undertaken seamlessly the next day. We had a pool view and a fabulous room. I can’t thank him enough - he was exemplary. No fuss just excellent customer service. No extra payment required either. The layout of the hotel and breakfast etc was excellent. Sunbeds were a little scarce but we always managed to get one. There is room to add extra beds and that should be considered. So don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Go for a pool view if possible, breakfast also is a must. "
