Excellent hotel and centrally located. Top notch restaurants with world class food. Staff is super nice and helpful. Property has excellent amenities. Top flight spa with excellent massage etc options. Enjoyed it thoroughly. Will love to come back
Not very clean also a very bad small at the hallway coming to the room ( from the cleaning stuff) The last day had a diffuser I think. Maybe someone has complained which I didn’t do because I was always hurry !.
I’ve contacted on the chat Hotels.com in order to sort something out had spoken with someone and supposed to get back to me I’ve checked out the hotel and till now no news from Hotels.com

The property is central to where i wanted to be. The staff was very welcoming. Rooms were clean and service was excellent. I have stayed there 3 times already and will continue to do so every time i visit Pune.
Excellent service and the best dosas. Yash & Abhishek took excellent care of us in the Spice Kitchen. Large bathroom with a rain shower as well as handheld and great bathroom amenities. Glass water bottles in the rooms and you can request more. Love this place which is why we keep returning. It is centrally located in Pune which makes it convenient.

I was in India for a family wedding, and stayed at this hotel for 10 nights. The hotel was incredible, and my stay was fantastic - everything from the wonderful staff, beautiful hotel and room, great amenities, cleanliness, location, and food. I will definitely stay here again!

What an amazing hotel. Staff were simply lovely and couldn’t have been nicer. Food was excellent, we visited the top floor Indian restaurant which was perfect and the breakfast was superb.

Clean and functional with nice pool and good food. A couple small misses with service, and a lingering musty smell due to not running A/C when not in room. Overall I would give it 4 stars, but for a few dollars more you can find better (Conrad Hotel, Pune).
