"Dariel, Yari and the whole entertainment staff were the best! We loved all the games, activities offered at the resort. They ensured we had a great time during our stay! Jorge from the hotel front lobby staff was great as well! He gave us an initial tour of the resort and showed us the best spots to eat. He also helped us bring our luggage up/down from our rooms upon checkout and checkin."

"We just got back from an absolute dream vacation at Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana! The resort itself is stunning, designed like a beautiful, modern little town with gorgeous colonial-inspired architecture. The pool areas are massive and beautifully maintained, but the absolute highlight was the lazy river—we spent hours just floating and relaxing under the sun. If you have kids, the water park area is incredible, and if you are traveling without them, the El Beso adults-only section offers a perfect, peaceful escape."

"had the finest club oceanfront suite which was beautiful. we had our 10yo so upgrading to club was not worth the extra cost because specialty restaurants for families just barely better than buffet and regular restaurants. club pool and beach area not any better than main pool/beach. they did a good job clearing seaweed from beach. service and staff were great except the day before we left we requested housekeeping which never came. got back to our messy room in the evening and called concierge who told us will send housekeeping, no one came so i called back 2 hours later and just asked for new towels and tissue which arrived an hour later. overall this is a beautiful resort with typical all inclusive food and entertainment. my son enjoyed the trampoline bubble in the main pool. if you’re looking for a relaxing and worry free vacation, you won’t be disappointed. if you’re looking to party, look somewhere else."

"Our stay was great the only issue we had was that we needed to wait an additional thirty minutes for our room to be ready when we arrived on time, and the resort did not offer transportation back to the airport so we needed to purchase taxi services."
