"I loved staying here. I stayed 6 nights. The gardens and two pools are beautiful. There are fountains. The WiFi is great. The staff are nice. They have laundry service. It’s a tropical place in the city. I recommend it and hope to return."

"Hotels.com doesn't pay to this hotel since long time ago, so they didn't let me stay. Moreover, the location hotels.com was giving me continuously was wrong. I spent like 4h talking with hotels.com agents and finally they didn't relocate me. And as the agents took me 4h asking the same question, when they told me I wasn't going to be relocated, it was too late to find another hotel on my own. So I had to sleep on the street. The hotel looks nice from the outside but the rooms were terrible.
My first room, 4115 had blood stains on the bedsheet, mold on the ceiling and the balcony door couldn’t close. After i told the front desk they gave me another room.
The 2nd room, 4117, was even worse. There were stains everywhere. I had to use a towel on top of the bedsheet and the bathroom was stinky from the drainage.
Both rooms had terrible sound proof....
"the hotel is to the standard you would presume for a 2 star hotel. you get what you paid for.. breakfast served at la chill was good but dont ask for any drink even water because you wont get it. I was served tap water... room was big but bathroom is very dirty, towels were horrible (take your own!) and house keeping didnt come our whole stay! very good location though, although a lot of noise from the restaurant till very late!"

Staff and service. Views are wonderful. Pools, lounging chairs. Beach access was not busy. Breakfast was included and many options. Nice place to walk around. Loved the pool villa with a private swimming area.

Rooms were very nice but somethings were a bit dated/didnt work well (locks, doors). Sewer smell coming up from the toilet and shower drain.

There are 2 additional pools too both were excellent. Its a 5 min qaln to a unspoilt idylic beach. Loved the art market and restaurant there too. Service is impeccable!! "
