"Had a really lovely stay at the Strand Palace. We recieved a free upgrade to a King size double room. The hotel was reasonably quiet and the food was great, a huge selection was available for breakfast. The only slight criticism is that the cold water tap in the ensuite bathroom kept running hot. ..."

The hotel is three stars and could easily be more. Very happy with the staff, they were great with my daughtet who was not to well. We were traveling on next morning so did not use the surrounding area or amenities. For price and comfort id use again
