"I start the evening by arriving, only to have them tell me that they have my information, but I never paid for the room, even though I had my bank statement showing the money was taken out. Needless to say I had to pay double. I had to wait a few minutes before going to my room because an employee was finishing up her dinner, but it's ok because she apologized if the place smelled like food. The condition of the room is what you would expect: static TV, beat up floors, an am comfortable bed that...
