The room exceeds expectations in size for its price range. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the modern walk-in shower adds to the appeal. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Went to Québec during spring break for the Bora waterpark (Valcartier) The Double Tree by Hilton is around 20 minutes away. Enjoyed the hotel with my 2 teenage daughters and niece. Room was specious and very clean and the Staff was super friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the sauna and thermal bath at night. Will definitely go back.

Very nice hotel. Will definitely be back! Very friendly staff!! Tried the two available microwave ramen flavours from the made market. The chicken one was nice, but the mama shrimp flavour wasn’t very good. Hoping they have another flavour next time:)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La chambre était grande et la literie très confortable. Nous avons apprécié la borne de recharge pour la voiture électrique et le restaurant sur place était excellent. Seul bémol, la moquette dans la chambre en hiver, cela manquait un peu de nettoyage.

Despite requesting the room to be cleaned multiple times during a five day stay, it still was not cleaned. In fact, twice I had to ask for garbage bags to take out the garbage from the room. While the people at the reception were kind and respectful, it seems this was out of their hands.

This was pretty much as bad as it gets. First of all, we had booked a room with bathtub, but sadly when we arrived there was none to be found. We got moved to a new room after one night, which had a bathtub, bare big enough for a toddler. At that time we were done complaining about it though, as we had been upgraded to it. We stayed for 4 days and our room was not cleaned once during our stay. The restaurant (Dijon) was another story altogether. We had ordered stake at our first night, and it was severely overlooked . Out of politeness we did not complain. Breakfast the next morning was rough. It was an overpriced and underwhelming Continental buffet. We took 2 yogurt cups with us and when we were about to eat them we realized they were expired for a week already. I brought this to the attention of the waiting staff, and they took them away, but did not bring new ones. When checking the buffet later I saw that the entire yogurts were all expired and had not been remived, and it was 30 minutes after our initial comment. The waiting staff then again went to the kitchen and finally the items were removed. The staff then also complained that I did not leave a tip for the breakfast. I was actually surprised to get a bill at all after being served expired food, and the response was an angry look and a comment along the lines of - it is not my fault you picked expired items. Overall very disappointing experience, and quite the surprising one, compared to previous HILTON visits

The hotel doesn’t look the way it does in the pictures. They advertise a buffet breakfast which I paid for and surprisingly when I was there they only had 3 fix options for breakfast and the other two options were available for an extra fee. Manager explained the occupancy was low but still they false advertisement is very upsetting
