Great apartment, great location

The location was great! Only a short stroll into town. Check in was super easy. We really enjoyed our stay, only negative bits were that the apartment needs a deep clean, and the mattresses were not comfortable.

We stayed in Unit 3 and it was fantastic. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms, kitchen were clean and very good features, underfloor heating in bathrooms were very good, very warm house, felt like home, safe and very close to the centre.

It was a great place to stay. Really lovely and easy and accessible. The apartment is split into an upper room with two rooms in the basement. This was perfect for our family as we and the kids slept downstairs while my mom slept upstairs so as not to get woken up in the middle of the night. The only drawback was the portacot we initially received was broken, and Kal (host) didn't know if we could get another one until the following day. This was then fixed because there were two brand new ones in storage across the way. Other than that little hiccough, it was awesome! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here before in one of the upper apartments(no 2)which we found to be a lot quieter than the lower one we stayed in this time. The wooden walkway really creates a lot of noise.

Excellent location, an easy 5 minute walk to town. Beds were spacious and comfy and the apartment was warm and cosy. Could hear a bit of street noise and the walls are a bit thin but would happily stay here again. Definitely recommend the Koura Apartments

Nice and modern but a bit lacking on the finishing touches- no body wash or conditioner, no face cloths, unmatching wine glasses /no champagne flutes etc (can get 6 great ones for $20 from Kmart/warehouse!) otherwise, an easy stay and enjoyable !

really excellent apartments, very well maintained, nice easy walk to town. Stayed in the 3 bedroom unit, 3 single guys, own room and ensuite, decent kitchen if we needed it. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay - would definitely come back..

Had a fantastic stay at Koura. Modern, clean, new with a carpark for our hire car. We were a group of 3 couples and we all had a very comfortable bedroom each with our own ensuite which is a real plus. The kitchen/dining was huge and so was the lounge. Huge TV with plenty of choice. Had a nice balcony as well. We also had a washing machine and dryer. Only a 5-10 min walk from town. I would definitely stay here again.
