"I did not like the fact that the steak place was only open certain times of the week and you could not make a reservation, but you had to go waiting in line about 45 minutes before it opened in order to get seated The breakfast buffet was not all that great The buffet was really good the lunch and dinner the American country bar was an excellent place to go and relax, and they had some nice shows at the theater"

"Very clean and modern property. Especially the Coba building. The food was surprisingly good. Easy to get Palapas on beach also. Only drawbacks were the shows that seemed low budget compared to the level of the property. Also, it may be a personal preference but I hated having to go through a waiter to get any drink every single time. You cannot walk up to any bar and there is no poolside bar. Waiters sometimes took too long to get drinks or give a receipt every time. It seemed it was just a way to get tips. Overall though I would visit resort again."

"Absolutely impeccable! I wasn't going with high expectations due to some negative experiences with All inclusive. This property exceeded my expectations! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with a plunge pool overlooking the ocean. 10/10 The spa is maybe one of the best spas experience I ever had. From the service, cleanliness and the options from cold plunge to jets pools. 10/10 The dinning experience was also incredible. We special enjoyed our dinner at Bordeaux, French cuisine. I highly recommend this place and I would be back again."

"Our stay at Hilton Riviera was great. Rooms and pools are clean and the beach is fenomenal. Daniel (our pool waiter) took great care of us during our stay. The food is good and we felt safe during our stay. Couldn’t ask for more. For sure we’ll book again when we come back to Vallarta."

"Amazing hotel! We loved our stay here. The view from our room overlooking the pool was beautiful. At night, the restaurant looked absolutely stunning with its lights and atmosphere. The pools were great, the beach was wonderful, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Best of all, the price was affordable for everything this hotel offers. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!"
