The staff was really friendly and very helpful when it comes to service such as booking transportation early morning to the Airport or asking about direction somewhere. Many thanks to the gentlemen for Night Shift front lobby desk for all his kind help.

Good, clean hotel
Good, clean hotel, easy to get to as it is a few minutes walk from the Rabat Agdal train station. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Only negative was no tea or coffee facility in the room.

This hotel is located a short walk away from the Aghdal Train station. It is clean, quiet, with good breakfast and helpful staff. A very good value for a 3-star hotel.

The kitchen smell over powers everything and they need to do a serious refurb on this hotel. It is lacking basic things. I will complement them on the breakfast.

The hotel is very conveniently located and affordably priced for all budgets. However, the check in was not as smoothly as expected. The front desk agent who checked me in was not as helpful as anticipated. This all changed later on that evening and the next day when two agents: Noufel and Faisal, who were extremely professional and very helpful. These two employees went above and beyond to make my stay well worth it. They helped me store and retrieve my heavy luggage, find local transportation, provided helpful information and made me feel better for choosing this property. Because of Noufel and Faisal, I will recommend and return to this hotel.

Staff is very welcoming, friendly. Location is idéal and safe. Breakfast buffet is basic. My friend was stick and we could not get something to eat outside breakfast hours, contrary to advertisement

Room is very small. Beds are not comfortable. No refrigerator and no safe inside the room. When taking a shower, the water leaks and floods the bathroom floor. The bathroom itself is very small. The hairdryer gets so hot when used for a few minutes. We requested a quiet room and they gave us a noisy room overlooking the train railway. Then they changed it after we asked. We could hear the train at night because the railroad is very close. Also, the hotel employees were talking loud at night and they disturbed us. I think the security guard and his friends or colleagues. The front desk employees are not friendly especially Hicham. They need to put some smiles on their faces. The employees working at the breakfast area are not helpful and they are not nice. Breakfast should be free for hotel guests. They charge more than $7.00 for the breakfast. Stingy hotel! The only good about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the train station.

Staff was caring and professional, hotel overall is clean and in good location next to the city’s elegant main train station the downside is rooms carpet needs to be changed to tiles or anything other than this type of carpet because of bathroom use

The front desk and cleaning staff were exemplary. Breakfast was satisfactory, though further improvements may be necessary to meet expectations.The breakfast was decent needs a little provement to meet her criteria.

Needs to be an improvement inside the room
Staffs were friendly, lobby, and the restaurant are looks great. And the hotel located Four minutes walking distance from the Rabat Agdal train station. I stayed in the fifth floor, the whole hallway were all smelled weird. Room’s bathroom needs to be upgraded, the sink counter was cracked.

One night stay on business. Very convenient walking distance from Rabat Agdal train station. Facilities are clean and modern. Good breakfast options. Decent dining for lunch/dinner is less convenient, starting at a 20 minute walk away. Room is small but sufficient for 1 for short stay.

Very convenient when arriving by train. Walking distance from Rabat Angdal train station. Super friendly staff ready to assist with every request. The room has all necessities when on the go

Great vicinity to train station. Free parking
Easy to find right next to the train stain. You could hear the trains in your room but not loud enough to wake you or prevent you sleeping. Easy check in. Spoke limited English. Room comfortable and clean. Breakfast typical continental. Would i stay again? No as it was no where for walking distance really except station. Away from tourist things. However great if you want a train.

Small but functional
As with all Ibis hotels the rooms are small but functional. There was a design fault with the shower door, It only opened inwards and unless you are a child it is impossible to get in and close the door.
