Room was clean with basic amenities albeit a box of tissue will be better. Slightly small for the shower area and noisy ventilation fan in the toilet. Highly recommended for those who wish to have a short stay in Bentong. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since it is a new building and hotel, hope the standard can be maintained.

We were looking for something in the area, and most places listed were like those in the overly commercialised and hyped Genting Highlands resort. But The Chateau was something in another league - for those who want the scenery and the serentiy that you would hope to find in the mountains, well away from the crowds and casinos. Berjaya Hills Golf & Country Club is a very good hotel up in the highlands, surrounded by a serene and peaceful jungle. Hotel staff were polite and helpful from the moment we entered the hotel. Room is spacious and super clean, with good shower pressure and heat. Airconditioning is very good and cleaniliness is very good. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berjaya Hills!

It is convenient and staff are friendly, plenty of parking space

Good to change the Fulton beds to proper beds as older people find it difficult to squat while going to bed.

Property was nice, good and clean. good for a short trip, without too many expectations. Breakfast can be improved.
